JANDA APPROACH

Hi everyone

It feels too good on starting of this week i had a good diwali time this year 2015, got 3 wonderful days without touching a patient. and thankfully in these 3 days i got some time to spend with 2 books

1.Therapeutic Exercise: Foundations and Techniques  by kisner
2.anatomy trains

after meeting few  good physios on recent times in India around my side i personally work more, eager to learn only on on the hard core science rather then some non evidence based documents given by the authors.

by that way i recommend you guys these above 2 books gives you a lot of knowledge and keep you active and interesting to learn. dont ever or never think that i read kisner on my ug, even if you think i recommend you read again,WE ARE NOT AN EXPERT ALWAYS.

on my row i am feeling to good to study this book name assessment and treatment of muscular inbalances ,janda approach

jandas approach deals mostly on approaching a patient with janda philosophy, his evaluation and treatment.  you can view http://www.jandaapproach.com/
